Law agains stalkers

I wish to Sue/prosecute a stalker.
I was wondering naturally what roughly could be the likely pay out for this?
Really probably depends on the case.
At least there is a law agains stalking now.
Wondering what the latest fine is agaist a stalker also?

It doesn't work like that.
Stalking may be a criminal offence under the Protection of Harrassment Act. In which case the Corwn Prosecution Service would authorise prosecution and a fine or custodial sentence might occur on conviction.
'Likely pay out for this'? - it's not a revenue creating opportunity, you know, for the benefit of the victim.

You've got to laugh haven't you! You don't get money because someone follows you. They may get an Order preventing them from doing it but there's no payout unfortunately!!!

In which case it would be for Damages based the amount of stress caused, Ummm, so still impossible to predict. And it would cost a shed-load in lawyers fees to bring the case in the first place (no legal available) - which one would claim back, I appreciate, if one won. Bit of a risk there, methinks.
