charging order and tennents in common

when a charging order is registered on the property
and the property is registered as tennents in common
does the charge take priority on 50% of the equity
when sold or whole of equity.

why should the partner be liable for the other
persons debt if they dont have their name on any agreement / debt?

I asked this a while back. If I remember correctly the equity is shared and the debt taken from the person who owes the debt. So shouldn't effect you if the debt is not in your name.
