What does the law say about the constant mud ,stones etc left in country lanes by uncaring farmers. These lanes are paid for by all motorists however some farmers treat them as their own. The local council dont seem interested untill someone gets hurt or worse.

Do you live in a house? If so, do you deserve to be burgled?
I know what you're trying to say but the law's black and white - it doesn't take into account the fact that you may (or may not) live in the country.
The Law's meant to be unbiased (and if you believe that you'll believe the moon's a balloon!!!!!!!)

after many, many years on this planet I've reached the conclusion that whatever the rights and wrongs of an issue, some things just 'are' and I re-iterate, if you live in the country you'll get mud just as if you live by the sea you're likely to smell fish and if you live next to a church you're likely to hear bells being rung. however will take on board that you actually asked a question which I didn't answer, merely commented on so apols for that. go well
