to my previous question the person i am talking about is my nephew, and the victim is claiming personal injuries and loss of expences my nephew has been convicted .he was not insured to drive and the car it belonged to his friend ,he has no money so who has to pay for what the victim is claiming? will he have to go to court ? the victim is claiming from my nephew insurance but he didnt have any
