If you do not use display screen equipment (DSE), what reason has the employer given for the eye test?
If you use a display screen your employer is obliged to ensure that you can read the screen and he will pay for the test, and glasses if you need them to read the screen (used to be a limit of 50, not sure if is still that). Otherwise, no. Do you drive for the company? Same rule would apply.
