What is the right figure for the year 2009 in relation to the dwellinghouse right which under s.8(1) of the 1964 Act allows to acquire a benefit. On www.opsi.gov.uk the apparent figure is 30,000 pounds where as on most of websites it is 300,000 pounds (including Inland Revenue) albeit they are dated back (2005).
