car cleaning company, at end of garden!!
at the end of my stepsons garden, there is a car cleaning buisness, not a problem as such.. however due to poor drainage, the water drains into the alley at the back of his garden which has shared ownership with his two neighbours, so its constantly flooded, by the buisness... also depending on the wind direction the spray from the jet washers comes over.... he has approached the building manager whos was not the most helpfull person, the buisness is part of a large building complex of small buisnesses, he's away so i said i'd complain for him, i like a good complaint..lol! anyway i know about the spray coming over, and the hazards to the public, detergents, brake dust and othe oil contaminants form cars, being air borne...i've just done a health and safety risk assessors course, handy! but what do i bring up, about the buinesses water draining into the alleyway... or any other points you could think of...thanks!
