Boiler Service
3 Answers
I have been renting my cottage for 17 months & neither my boiler or gas hob has been serviced. Because i've had the boiler fixed twice whilst living here i assumed they automaticly serviced it as well but was told no by the engineer & said it should be done every 12 months by law. I put a note in with my rent last month to my landlord explaining this but heard nothing from him?
