next door has put up a fence that comes onto our land can we remove it?

Similar thing happened to me, i contacted my legal team from my insurance company, who told me anything placed on my land belonged to me and that i had the right to remove it and i didnt need to give the neighbours anything back ( in my case it was a gate). i presume as long as you can prove the fence falls within your boundary you could do the same. hope this helps
Make sure it is on your property and that your neighbour doesn't think he owns the land. Boundry disputes can take YEARS to sort out.
have you talked to them? neighbour things can so easily get out of hand... I would try to resolve first without just removing it
Talk to them first, it may be a simple misunderstanding.
