There is usually a tariff displayed in the Taxi Cab, and here in Blackpool, there is a fee for cleaning up after a passenger who throws up............
Yes we have a �25 cleaning charge as the taxi is out of action for the rest of the night.
It's not a fine (there's no legislation for that). It's a legitimate fee / part of the fare for cleaning up after you.

The fee will normally be advertised within the cab.

Failure to pay will probably end up with you appearing in a magistrates court.
why not offer to have his taxi leaned and pay loss of earnings for the time it takes to do it...............!!!?
