Under TUPE regulations can my new boss change my bank holiday payments from double time to single time? and what is the minumum notice he must give?

Some people believe that means the new employer must then continue the 'broadly similar' conditions then on - forever. That is not the case.
The new employer may consult for a change in conditions, in much the same way as if the old employer had done the same thing thing - a decent consultation, hearing the employees side, then giving notice according to the contract in the event that a change is put though.
So the answer to the notice question is probably one week for each year of employment up to a maximum of twelve. The minimum may be four (or more) - depends on your contract.
