Am I allowed to say things that offend other people?
I do not mean to threaten people, but can I say things that offend others without being at risk of legal action?

Examples: Can I call someone else's beliefs false? Can I call people in wheelchairs 'spinals'? Can I say that I think specific traditions are foolish? Can I say I think Princess Diana was a *****?
