my husband has been charged with threatening abusive or insulting words with intent belive that immediate unlawful violence would be used.
Will the sentence be much different if he pleads guilty or not guilty and what will the likley outcome be, he only had a argument with a taxi driver swore at him because the taxi driver was being very aggressive and rude to me and my friends.he never used any threats
