who is to blame? i was traveling along the moterway in the middle lane when my passager alerted me to a van in the first lane coming into my car so i swerved to miss it and because the road was wet my car spun but hit nothing and came back to where i started all cars behind me manged to stop
when i retured to driving position i herd a bang where a car come up the fast lane hit the car in front. who is to blame the car for not stoping even though everyone else on the moterway did or me for causing the car in front to stop even though i swerved to miss a colision.
