i want to cancel my 18 month contract with 3g i have only 3 months left to do.can i do this without any penalties

ask 3, but i doubt it.
Some companies may pay off your contract if youre looking at changing your provider to them.
you have taken out a contract for 18 months, 3 will want paying for all of those months. They will happily terminate it if you pay the remainder up front.
