Course Agreement ??
1 year ago I was misled into what could realistically be achieved from becoming a driving instructor. I have completed a course agreement which I signed but have only undertaken 10% approx of the course. I have discovered that on the course agreement my D.O.B was incorrect in fact it says I was born in 1991 (10 years later than my actual D.O.B) I made a payemtn of 3,700 to receive this training, am I eligible or do have I any case to request part of my course fees back.
