I've asked this in technology but I thought I'd try from a different angle so to speak ,
A friend of mine bought a laptop from PC World , there is a problem with it which PC World say is due to Microsoft software . They've told her she would have to contact Microsoft HQ ,. I would have thought she was entitled to a straight swap but don't know the legalities . Can someone who does help pls ?
