i have been married 3 years but 2 years ago my husband left out of the country,he now wants to start a new family and claims that because we are seperated and he lives in a diferent country our marriage is automatically invalid..

did you marry in the UK? if so, you can apply for a divorce after 2 years separation, but your marriage doesn't just disappear!
