i have been accused of fraud, i have an interview on tuesday, i received an inheritance when my father died ayear ago and am on benefits, i didnt realise to declare it , i have no money left, to repay it i am devestated and obviously stupid please help, what can i expect for being an idiot

thats an idea, ill sell the car pay off debts, get a cheap car, i have to have a car cause being disabled i cant walk.

the money was from my share of the house sale/
i have always had housing benefit and income support, which is why it never crossed my mind, but it was 1 year ago that i got the money, never thought of it as mine it was dads and used it as he wanted...... i know its no excuse,
but writting it down it makes it real
