heard of any scams going about lately where lawyers contact you as you have the same surname as their client whom has died & are looking for a beneficiary??

I get loads of e-mails telling me that, I just delete them.

These type of letters/emails are commonly followed by requests for funds to release any inheritance due.Obviously there is no inheritance forthcoming once you pay them.
It has also been used as a way for debt collectors to make contact with debtors who have ignored previous correspondence.
