HI, there has been fraud going on my fathers account for over three years now and this has come to light now. my father has been abroad but has visited the uk on many occasions during this time. please can anyone reccomend got a good law firm or solicstor to help us..we are based in the yorkshire area.

we have reported this to the police and have talked to the bank today who will conduct a internal investigation.

I'm not sure why you feel you'd need solicitors at this stage. Do you know who has done the fraud? Are the ploice dealing with it?
