My work colleague(and close personal friend) was recently arrested on suspicion of theft she was bailed and suspended from work, my supervisor has told me formally to have no contact with her as it would breach "sub judice law". I thought that only applied to ongoing court cases and as a matter of friendship and welfare I am desperate to speak to her.
