I was interviewed earlier this year under arrest and under caution - it was an allegation of theft. The interview was taped and I had the duty solicitor with me. I did not admit the crime as I did not steal anything as was alleged

The CPS advised the local police that NFA and my bail was cancelled.

Would this appear on a CRB check?
