I am a judgement creditor and received judgement in the sum of £4,847 to be paid at £20.00/month on 8/7/02.

The judgement debtor at that stage had 2 school-age children and was on benefit.

He has paid regularly by standing order and never defaulted.

What is the optimum method of having the debtor's circumstances re-examined by a County Court Judge, and if justified, increasing the payments.

I think you can apply to Court for a variation order, but it is best to talk to the Court office first to find out the exact procedure.
