My partner recieved a letter from his wifes solicitor. She filed for divorce because they had been seperated for 2 years. He signed the papers. He heard nothing after that. He rang the solicitor and they said they had not heard anymore from his wife. So we guess she decided not to sign hers. It has now been over a year since he signed the papers. What would be the best thing to do. Hes worried to ask her as she is very volatile and is always threatening to stop access to the 8 yr old child, so he does almost anything for a quiet life.
