Hi

I was informed during Child care law training a few years ago that of the countries agreeing to ratify the UN convention of childrens rights only 2 countires have not adopted it......USA and Somolia.

Is this true of the USA and if so why?

Somalia has announced its plans to ratify; the US is still conflicted...
