You could always restore them from the backup of your important files.

but as I guess that's not an option!

I think you must have deleted your spellchecker too!

it's sometimes possible but the process file requires some clever software, and some parts of the file may be missing or corrupted, usually the first few bytes. Still we know it can be done cos the police do it with criminal's computers.. Go to a branch of a big computer shop and see if you can get them to search your disc. It may cost.
