loan companies obligation

A loan company recently took out a CCJ against me, and recently I asked for a copy of the original credit agreement I signed and they are saying they are not legally obliged to supply me with one as they have a CCJ judgement. Are they right?

Looks like they are trying to now rely on the court order (which I assume they obtained on the back of the original credit agreement), rather than just the agreement itself.
