Proportonal representation - how does it allocate the MP's?
Not sure if this is the correct section to ask this in but what the hey? If the UK was to adopt PR then how exactly would the MP's be allocated and to which constituencies? Would the candidates stand for each constituency as now or what? Thanks in advance for any help that's forthcoming.
