my dad was killed in jan 2010 and im still waiting on the crown charging this woman ,do they realise what me and my family are going thru i got .I got letter yesterday threatning me with court due to dads funeral bill . sickening

a court case for an unpaid bill is completely different to a crown court though, isnt it. The crown court will be looking for evidence and this will take time.

Bills do need to be paid, however unfair it seems Harv. Funeral directors will have sympathy for you, but at the end of the day they are a business and do need to be paid within a reasonable time.
