My neighbour has had their roof painted red, the men used a sprayer and the paint drifted onto our white conservatory. I have telephoned them several times to come and clean it as soap and water doesn't remove it. I was quite patient at first but I think three months is a bit much. what action can I take to get them to clean it.

write a letter saying that if its not done after a certain date that you will hire professional company and send them the bill

not 100% but i thought the law had changed so the onus was the householder who employed the contractor, it was changed to help alleviate this type of 3rd party problem.

Thankyou for your comments but pleased to say all is resolved, two men turned up this afternoon and cleaned it up.
