The say mobile phones used when driving is as dangerous as the Breathalyser! the Bag gives you a fine of £££????? & a 12months ban, should the use if caught mobile phones users in cars / HGVs be a min ban of 3 months?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.in case it isn't your 1st language, a breathalyser is an instrument used by the police to see if you are over the limit with regards to alcohol for driving. it is NEVER used whilst going along, the police pull you over then you use it (experience speaking here!) so i cannot for the life of me see how using it is as dangerous as using a mobile phone whilst driving, sorry. Also, it's the police/cps that fine and prosecute you, not the breathalyser, although they use evidence collected by the breathalyser (on the side of the road/at the police station to help their case
