Can anybody tell me where to get a copy of a standard mobile home park licence?

One near us is being left to deteriorate until it is redeveloped, but in the meantime it is becoming an eyesore and a danger.

The local council have nothing helpful on their website; in fact they hardly refer to mobile home parks at all. They are famed for seeming to look for an easy life.

So I would like to see a licence, with details of how the site should be run, so that I have some ammunition to get the council to do something.

Thanks.

The information on the Exeter City Council website (under 'Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960') seems to be relevant to your question:

For an example of a site licence, see the Reigate & Banstead Borough Council website:

Thanks Chico.
The Reigate site was spot on, and I've done a bit of digging on similar lines and found a couple of others.
It seems the site near us is breaking most of these conditions, so a discrete call to the local council may be in order.
