Is a motion where a defendant can apply to have a case dismissed..?

I have reported your other post on this subject with a view to removal and intend to do the same with this. You are now becoming a thorough pest, seemingly incapabale of understanding the simplest of advice, most given with the best of intentions, and are spoiling the enjoyment for the rest of us.
The other thread (Prosecutor) has been pulled now.
let it lie, mike. She's got a genuine problem, whihc iunderstandably upsetting her, and if she's working through it in public, it's no more than others do when they come on here to discuss how they've been drinking or their pets have died. She's entitled.

jno, the problem I have is that after all the talking she demanded a simple Yes or No. The general consensus was No, but apparently this was not acceptable. What more can one do?
