i am 15 and i want to make debit card from hsbc and i dont have my passport for the proof cos its in the home office and i dont know what else i can use, can i even use anything else, can i use my oyster card? because like the school had to stamp on the application of the oystercard meaning the school have seen my passport? meaning that how i got my oystercard? meaning that my oyster card is another of my ID?

im confussed about the passport but all i know is that its still in the home office :/ oh i dont realy know im confussed about it myself
Yes, that's the bit I've been looking at, ib, but (as I said) it doesn't specify what the two bits of ID have to be. One will surely be your birth certificate and the other will be (in the absence of your passport) an acceptable document for the bank. You need to ask them so you can take the right items along with you when you go to open your account.
