contract and inflation

ive received a letter from the company who supply my mobile boadband and they ha said that due to inflation they are increasing my price plan, are they allowed to do this when we have a contract for a set amount? thanks

if you mentioned the company then people would be able to tell you if it's part of their normal T&Cs or not.

Inflation is so low that I'm surprised that they are increasing any charges........

Well, phone them and ask what their justification is and under what part of the contract do they have the right - could just be left hand not talking to the right.

then, as already said, just call and politely enquire why and where the contract states that it can be done.
