Hi just wondered if anyone could help.
My OH has just paid £1300 on a fast track HGV course. When he spoke to the man selling the course he asked if it would be a problem that he didnt have a newer style licence (not that new now, but cant remember what its called, but lets you drive slightly bigger vehicles) The man said it wouldnt matter. Any way it does and now he is looking at another £300 to get this other part of the licence. Do you know if he is entitled to his money back as it was a push to find the 1300, another 300 is pushing it!! (he only paid the money on Tues)
Thanks for all you help in advance.

I know they have changed for people taking the certification now, it should have been made clear to him at the time he booked. Is the man who said it didn't matter, the same one who is now saying that it does?
