I am 66 and my husband had worked for the company for over 25 years and we have been married for 20 years. the company he worked for just closed and he his about to collect a huge pension. He told me that I will not see any money from his pension and I was wondering if I was entitle to any and if so can I file a claim to what i am entitled to.

I thank you in advance for your help.

Is that suppose to be a question? Or just a silly statement?

Anyway, I will say no more. It's not fair to the person who posed this question.

I apologise to ahvintage. Hope you get things sorted out.

I don't think there is anything in the rules that states you have to know the exact answer or you can't post. But if it's been pointed out that your answer is wrong you should try taking it graciously Jaydah...instead of arguing the toss all the time.
LOL....best thread of the day.

glad it amused some :) Sorry Ahvintage I didn't expect my suggestion to become a slanging match. I hope you get your share of meanies pension. Just put lots of chillies in his dinner or cough nasty germs over it. (some here) :)
BOO....yepp....back row....double seats?
Afternoon,

Jaydah, could you avoid stating things as fact unless they ARE facts please? One way to improve your argument might be to provide supporting evidence. If it is as common knowledge and easily completed maybe you could link to some government literature on it.

Spectators - pretend you're watching tennis or snooker, don't make any noise during play.

I'll be pruning this shortly, it's all got a bit messy.

All the best,

Spare Ed
The best advice is to seek proper leagal advice. Usually the first half hour's consultation is free. Then you can decide how you wish to proceed.
