The solicitor who handled your purchase may have them...although he ought to have given you photo copy. Or your lender if you have outstanding securities over propery... in any cas your local land registry can get you a copy of title deeds as recorded in land register..at a cost
If the property is recorded at the Land Registry (as the vast majority now are) the paper deeds aren't particularly important anyway. It's the electronic version which takes precedence. You can download the title register and title plan for £4 each.
