Your own counsel has predicted a suspended sentence. As I wrote previously, he's likely to be correct (or, possibly, you could receive a 'high level' community order).
However it would be foolish not to pack a bag when you're due to appear before the court for sentencing. (A practical hint: Keep hold of your bag if possible. If you're not permitted to take it into the dock, give it to a court official or a member of the court's security staff. If you hand it to your barrister, or to a member of your family, they won't be able to get it to you if you're 'sent down' - which, as I've indicated, I still think is reasonably unlikely anyway).
