Legal representation
6 Answers
Mr. M is in court in April ( he is taking a former employer there for unfair dismissal ) However, I think he could benefit from some proper legal representation, and as going down the solicitor route would be too expensive, I just wondered if anyone knew of an organisation that could offer something similar at a cheaper rate. It is an HGV driver related matter. Thanking you

PS (sorry) - have you tried ACAS for advice - free and impartial? http://www.acas.org.u...x.aspx?articleid=1461
CAB offer legal advice with tribunal cases. Often the participants represent themselves in front of 3 magistrates. ACAS often advise monetary settlements prior to court. If Mr M has good grounds for dismissal I would recommend the courts.
nb Employers face too many of these cases and best face them in court sooner rather than later.
