Has "compensation-culture" gone too far?

Yes, it's got ridiculous. People seem to be suing for any minor problem and when they do it's often for ridiculous money.

It's fair enough sometimes when there has been actual injury or emotional distress. But courts need to be stricter on many cases.

No, people have a right to take people to court for things like this. Courts know what they're doing. No-one's forcing them to award silly amounts of money.
