She is fabulous!
No-one else has ever grabbed celebrity culture by the scruff and bent it to her own personal advantage in the way that KP has.
She has manufactured a personna like other people put on a suit for work - and it obviously nothing like her as a person.
She has got the tabloids and mags yapping like lap dogs, and she continues to make an increasing fortune.
I wish I had half her business accumen - and i wish the Chancellor had it as well!

People shouldn't be too harsh on her.
She has no pretentions to being anything that she's not.
She's a working class girl, who exploits her appearance to make a lot of money.
(1) There's nothing wrong with that.
(2) She doesn't pretend to be anything different. She openly admits that her books are ghost written.
Compare her with, say, Victoria Beckham, who is also a working class girl, who exploits her appearance to make a lot of money ...
... but who claims to be an upper class socialite with a talent for fashion design ... neither of which is really the case.
I admire Katie P for being what it says on the tin.
