I don't mind Miranda Hart,but can't stand Catherine Tate,but then this the opinion of someone who does not think Ricky Gervais is funny either so I guess it doesn't mean much!!

I don't think her own series has been that wonderful. Probably needs better writers. But she has been good in other things.

I might not like all of Catherine Tate's work but, like anyone else who has ever taught in a secondary school classroom, I find her portrayal of 'Lauren' to be hilarious (even if possibly a little too close to reality for comfort!).

However Miranda Hart simply isn't funny and can't act. (The same goes for Johnny Vegas, BTW).

We are in the minority Chris. Lauren is hilarious ( the best was when she stormed out of the classroom shouting back the correct answer - was it French?) but it's Nan that gets me, she is the spit of my Nan!

I don't mind Catherine Tate, Miranda Hart just leaves me thinking 'meh'... the only female comedian I can think that I really like at the moment is Sarah Milligan (think that's her name).

I love Miranda Hart, especially in Call the Midwife. Catherine Tate is ok in small doses (Lauren does make me laugh) but Ricky Gervais is just not funny at all in my opinion. (sorry to the RG fans!) ;)

Yeah, she's pretty funny... although I didn't get in to her show. Like her stand up and when she's on shows like mock the week and stuff.

Can't make my mind up about her. Hated that show she had but then I do t relly like sketch shows. Reckon shed be a laugh down the pub though.
