Curlyperm - he's a DJ on some wretched thing called Radio 1 and also presents UEFA Cup football on Channel 5. He is from Northern Ireland and has a pretty strong accent (hence Mr Hughes' comment!), but I find him one of the less irritating of today's generation of broadcasters IMO. He seems to have a refreshing lack of ego compared to some. If you ever see this chap on the telly:
