How many more people think as I do? Paris Hilton should be made to serve her 45 day sentance for driving offences, why should she be allowed to get off scot free?
She's just another spoilt, untalented, pouting fool who thinks daddies money can solve everything

Set a damn good examle, lock them up! We are all equal, if I was caught drunk driving a few times or out and about with a few g's of coke/heroine, I would be behind bars before I could call daddy to try and help me out.

It was interesting to see on the Same BBC page reporting a myspace petition to release PH, there is one about the kidnapped broadcaster, Alan Johnson. Nice contrast.
PH should be made to serve all 45 days. A fine would make no difference and seeing as she has already violated her probation, more wouldnt do any good.
Apparently, in her statement, she said that she shouldnt go to jail because she enlightens the mundane lives of the public. Well, my life will seem a little less mundane and will certainly be enlightened seeing her go to jail!!!

i dont know how it all works but I thought if someone went to court and told they were to spend time in jail they would then go straight to jail ?? why is she still out and about. I thought by the stage people were actually being sentenced they would have to appeal from in jail perhaps? as previously mentioned though - Pete Docherty should have been put in jail long before now.
