I just want to say how much I feel for poor Jade Goody. She has been getting a lot of stick lately and she doesn't deserve it. I wish her all the best for her wedding on Sunday.

Yes, it is a tragic situation

but there are thousands of other people of all ages in similar tragic situations and families in despair, many of whom will be struggling to cope financially and not always getting the drugs and the treatment they need in the postcode lottery of the NHS.

I've been through it with someone close to me.

So spare a thought for them - and maybe all those in the media jumping on the bandwagon and trying to look good could do something too.

bobby robson has cancer to,and a family but you dont see him on every front page of every paper.
before all this happened,jade was a z list person,who got on peoples nerves,and there was no mention of her in the papers,no one was interested in her,she did not win big bro,she had done nothing.

he still has a family,with children,+relatives and has also been through chemo therapy,and i am very sure that the people around him are deeply saddened by this.
and is more of a personality and certainly served a purpose for this country in in foot ball.

Don't call me a fool you pathetic imbecile!

My grandfather died at the age of 70 with cancer of the lymph glands. My whole family and myself were devastated and he suffered so much pain. I am merely pointing out that she is dying at an age where she should be living life to the full with her 2 very young children. Before he died my grandfather said that he had lived his life and seen his children get married and have kids themselves.

Why is it that whenever we talk about cancer someone has to bring in inappropriate and unpleasant aspects into the conversation?
Surely nearly all of us have known someone with this disease and all agree it's a terrible scourge, so why the f3ck can't we all stop acting like hateful brats towards ANYONE who has it?
