It appears that Ms Bradbury and her sister, who is her agent, are under investigation, along with others, for irregularities in their Virgin Air Miles accounts. It's alleged that some miles have been added rather than deducted, and that some flights have been taken, and air miles not deducted.

Ms Bradbury has confirmed her innocence, and is co-operating with the enquiry - she has not been arrested.

At her own rrequest, Ms. Bradbury has withdrawn from her slot on 'Watchdog' pending the outcome of the enquiry, but she is not suspended, and has just beun a new series of 'Country File' as the main presenter.

She has also just started a Wainwright "Coast to Coast" walk series on BBC4 on TV.

It is rumoured she got 10,000 air miles for walking from one side of the UK to the other.
