This is the sort of footage - along with Amy Winehouse at her worst - that the Government should be using in its anti-drug campaigns.

Surely one of the best ways of putting people off drugs is showing how deeply unattractive it looks, not only ingesting the drug, but the after-effects as well.

As for who 'framed' Kerry - surely the term 'frame' infers that someone is perceived as doing something wrong when they are in fact innocent of the accusation - not much room for doubt on this basis I'd say.,
