Do you know, even with Illya Kuryakin in the Man From Uncle, and Sapphire and Steel and Colditz, NCIS is his most successful and long running TV show of his career? Considering he's nearly 80. He's going to have a good pension,

lol it only had half a season and so not one of his biggest successes lol
David McCallum was always my favourite Man from UNCLE, and now NCIS is my fave US series. He really has aged very well.
He hasn't lost the British accent either!
Mitts off him. He's mine!!

I do like him as an actor and he seems to be a very decent human being.

He didn't do anything nasty when his missus left him for Charles Bronson.
He's not nearly 80 he's 76. I'm sure he'd tell you the difference :)
My apologies 1933. He IS nearly 80. Doesn't time fly.
Oooh albaquerty, how many men are you going to claim!!! ;o) I thought you had always bagged Brian Cox.

He was the reason I watched man from Uncle and probably the reason I married a Russian!!
I was Illya Kuryakin.

I even had the triangular badge

'already' not 'always'!
For some reason I thought he had quite right wing political views - I don't know why because I am sure he doesn't
Hopkirk, my friend Karen and I (when we were 12) were also UNCLE agents! We had badges too!

Yes my mate and I were also in The United Network Command for Law and Enforcement -

Bootle branch.

Can you remember which section you were in quiziwig?
My favourite NCIS line (at the end!)

Zeuhl,I can't remember sorry - it was so long ago. I think we applied though some teenage-type magazine that was around at the time. I was just so thrilled to be a member. How did you get to be an UNCLE agent?
Lottie, I've had to back off from Brian Cox AND Johny Depp :-)

Some lady AB'ers scare me......
<<How did you get to be an UNCLE agent? >>

Well quizi, my mate lived in a flat over a dry cleaners and if you went through to the back and through a curtain there was a secret sliding door and a lift down into the secret HQ and we signed up in there.

We had to promise we would harass innocent people by trailing them around the streets of Bootle, talking into our multi-colour ballpoint pens.
Also, I had a gun with an attachable shoulder rest, telescopic sight and silencer.
My mum bought it for me.
